How to Make Pin Wheels

I am using these for one section of Jerrica's party and rather than spending money on them, I decided to make them myself.

All you need is
card stock paper any color that you want
scissors
pipe cleaner
hole puncher
pencil or dowel rod

Ok first thing you do is start off with one piece of cardstock paper, this will be the color of your pin wheel. As you can see in the picture, my cardstock was pre-cut. But if you are using a standard size, you fold it in a triangle, as you can see in the pictures, then fold it the other way, and cut off that strip that is at the bottom. What you will end up with is a square, like shown in the picture.

Once you have folded your squares both ways, open the paper, and it will look like a big X.
You are going to cut along the folds, cutting towards the center. You DO NOT want to cut all the way to the center, stop about a half inch away.
